Overview

We were appointed by the Furniture manufacturer to install the executive suites, and the stadium itself to undertake the relocation of the support staff from a nearby office block, The Executive boxes varied from 8 seat to 20 seat configurations and housed unique furniture including glass tables etched with company and sponsor logos.

Project Scope

  • Office Relocation- Single phase relocation of IT Equipment, Filing and personal effects and selected furniture, followed with a clearance of the existing space with all furniture re-used
  • Furniture Installation- Phased over a number of weeks to follow main contractor as suites were completed. Installation of bespoke furniture

Pre-Move Planning

Working closely with the main contractor we agreed a scope of works that would allow timely relocation and installation whilst maintaining a quality service for our client.

IT & Infrastructure Relocation

Our specialist IT teams undertook full decommissioning of desktop IT equipment. This included:

  • Desktop decommissioning and secure relocation
  • Network patching at the new location
  • Recommissioning of IT assets in accordance with client configuration

All equipment was moved securely and reinstalled with minimal disruption.

 Furniture & Physical Move

  • Filing (Sequentially packed by our staff), IT Equipment. Personal effects and Selected Executive and Meeting Room Furniture.
  • Relocation undertaken in one 10 Hour Shift
  • Full clearance of 6,000 sq ft office including all desking, seating and reception furniture
  • Delivery of clearance furniture to schools and charities as nominated by customer

Outcome

  • Project delivered on time and within budget
  • Executive suites installed to plan
  • Office support team relocated in 1 day to minimise disruption
